iLoop™ Return Policy – Smart, Fair, and Transparent
At iLoop™, we design every policy with customer trust in mind. As a Canadian brand under TakCan Inc., we follow verified industry standards—mirroring the policies of our retail partners like Best Buy Canada.
All returns are processed professionally through our logistics partner, Good Dragons®, with full transparency and product tracking.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in like-new, unused condition, with original box, manuals, charger, and all accessories.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery (or during active holiday return window).
- Smart displays that show signs of use, setup, pairing, or customization are not returnable.
- Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.
- Open Box and Certified Refurbished iLoop items follow the same conditions.
Return Inspection & Verification
- All iLoop™ returns are inspected at our Ontario facility with serial number tracking and photo documentation.
- Units with visible damage, missing parts, or data pairing history will not be accepted for refund.
- Any declined returns will be sent back to the customer.
Return Procedure
- Email us within 30 days of delivery at our Contact Page. Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive approval and follow the return instructions provided. Items must be shipped within 4 business days of approval.
- Ship to our Return Hub in Mississauga using a tracked courier only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received.
- Returns are processed within 4 business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
